All items are shipped within 2 business days of purchasing. Once your item(s) have been purchased, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays.

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact email@example.com to request a refund or exchange within 7 business days of receiving your package. No exchanges or refunds requested outside of this time frame will be approved.
- We will gladly accept returns on unworn merchandise in its ORIGINAL CONDITION.
- Return request has to be made WITHIN 7 CALENDER DAYS of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for sending merchandise back to LuvGypsy.
- The package has to be mailed back to LuvGypsy with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or non-trackable packages.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Upon return, credit will be applied to your original credit card.

*** Any items that have been worn will be sent back to the customer and credit will not be issued.
Once customer agrees, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN). After getting a RAN, please mail returns to:
